Annastift Berufsbildungswerk (BBW) Hannover is part of DIAKOVERE Annastift Leben und Lernen gGmbH, a social and health organization in Hannover, Germany. For 50 years, the BBW has helped young people prepare for working life through vocational guidance, preparation and training combined with individual support. It serves young people who have not yet completed vocational training and who need additional assistance because of physical, sensory, psychological, learning, neurological or multiple disabilities. A school-leaving certificate is not required.

Participants can also access rehabilitation medicine, nursing care and individual accommodation, alongside leisure and residential support. The organization’s approach is guided by self-determination, participation and inclusion, with an emphasis on personal responsibility and having participants speak for themselves.
