BVL Boxing Solutions

BVL Boxing Solutions NFP is a nonprofit boxing gym in Mokena, Illinois, built around the belief that fitness, healing, and belonging can go hand in hand. Welcoming beginners and experienced athletes, youth and adults, the gym offers boxing classes, fitness training, personal training, and youth programs in a supportive community setting.

BVL’s work extends beyond conventional boxing workouts. Its programs use movement, boxing, and connection to help people build strength, conditioning, confidence, and wellbeing. Recovery Access programs provide a safe, positive environment for people navigating addiction and other challenges, while adaptive and inclusive boxing creates opportunities for people of different abilities to participate and connect. The organization also works with recovery groups, adaptive boxing communities, Parkinson’s programs, and other wellness initiatives.

Founded in memory of someone loved and lost, BVL aims to offer hope and a place where people can move forward together. Whether visitors want a challenging workout, support on a healing journey, or a welcoming community, BVL’s message is clear: everyone has a place, and no one fights alone.
