Shiro's

Shiro’s Sushi Restaurant is a Seattle restaurant known as the city’s first Edomae sushi restaurant. Its approach combines traditional Tokyo-style sushi preparation with seafood from local waters, alongside fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local and international waters. Guests can dine at the sushi bar or at a table in a relaxed, traditional atmosphere, where chefs serve seasonal sushi and chef-selected courses.

Dining is offered through set menus rather than à la carte ordering. Table options include multi-course meals featuring seasonal nigiri, while the sushi-bar Omakase includes appetizers and nigiri served directly by the sushi chefs. Appetizers, desserts, and beverages are available as add-ons. The restaurant can accommodate some dietary restrictions but does not offer a vegetarian menu. Takeout is also available, including sushi platters.

Shiro’s is open seven days a week for dinner, with dine-in service listed from 4:30 to 9:15 p.m. and takeout from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Reservations are available, and weekday happy-hour dining is offered Monday through Thursday from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
