NBRC

North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families across Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties, serving more than 13,000 individuals. Its work centers on helping eligible people access services and resources that meet their needs, with an emphasis on person-centered thinking, inclusion, and empowerment.

NBRC provides information about eligibility and applications, including support pathways for infants and children from birth to 36 months through Early Start and for individuals aged three and older through the Lanterman program. The organization offers guidance on available services for eligible individuals, children, and adults, and provides information about appeals, complaints, and the Self-Determination Program. It also supports service providers through training, forms, billing information, and opportunities to become an NBRC provider.

Additional resources address clinical connections, emergency preparedness, employment, voter registration, and support for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. NBRC shares community announcements, events, family stories, public reports, and governance information, and maintains offices in Napa and Santa Rosa, with a Vacaville office available by appointment.
